Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Short-Term Rental Cleaner to join our dynamic team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing rental properties to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort, ensuring each guest’s experience is exceptional. Your enthusiasm for maintaining luxury cabins and delivering outstanding attention to detail will help us create memorable stays for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize rental properties between guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Perform detailed floor care, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and spot cleaning as needed
- Handle laundry such as stocking and making beds. Sorting dirty laundry when dropping off at the facility
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, appliances, and high-touch areas to a streak-free shine
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and amenities to ensure the property is fully prepared for new guests
- Conduct visual inspections to identify maintenance issues or damages that require attention and report them promptly
- Uphold excellent customer service by communicating professionally with guests or property managers when needed
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management preferred
- Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and cleaning techniques across various surfaces and materials preferred
- Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality
- Experience with laundry operations and handling delicate fabrics or linens preferred
- Familiarity with floor care methods including carpet cleaning and polishing hard floors
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
