WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We run premium cigar and bar lounges inside premier casino resorts, and we take both sides of that equation seriously. If you love the energy of a well-run bar, you know your way around guests, and you’re genuinely curious about the world of premium cigars — or already live in it — this is a role built for you.
This is not a stand-behind-the-counter position. You’ll own your shift from open to close, build relationships with regulars, guide guests through premium cigar selections, and keep the lounge running at a level that reBlects the environment we’re in. The pace is real, the clientele is engaged, and the work is genuinely enjoyable if this is your world.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Daily
Open and prepare the bar, lounge, and humidor for service — registers, humidity checks, prep stations, and stock — following established procedures. Greet, seat, and serve guests with attentive, professional floor presence throughout your shift. Open, manage, and close guest tabs and house accounts accurately in the POS system. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar, lounge, humidor, and restrooms throughout service. Close and secure the lounge each night, including accurate cash, tip, and deposit handling.
Weekly & Monthly
Complete inventory cycle counts and replenish bar and lounge supplies as needed. Receive, organize, and log incoming alcohol orders per company procedure. Participate in periodic deep-cleaning and maintenance of bar equipment, the humidor display, and lounge Bixtures.
WHAT YOU BRING
21 years of age or older. Able to pass a pre-employment background check. Current Louisiana alcohol server certification, or the ability to obtain one prior to your start date. Prior bartending or hospitality experience — you know how to run a shift, not just take an order. Comfortable in a casino Bloor environment and a premium cigar lounge atmosphere, including ongoing tobacco smoke exposure. Reliable for a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of or genuine passion for premium cigars is a meaningful bonus — not required, but it matters here.
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position guaranteed a minimum of 80 hours per two-week pay period. Shifts run approximately 2:00 PM to Midnight. We are committed to paying a living wage — pay range will be discussed during the interview process.
HOW TO APPLY
If this sounds like your environment, we want to hear from you. Tell us about your bar and hospitality background, and if you have a story about premium cigars — whether you’ve been selling them for years or you’re someone who discovered them and never looked back — include that too. We hire people, not just ré sumé s. Apply through this posting or contact us directly.
