The successful candidate must be well versed in the challenges of healthcare/aging and capable of confidently providing expert guidance to potential clients.
- Must have a proven track record in sales in either home care or related industry.
- Established relationships within the North Shore healthcare community preferred.
- Must be polished, detail oriented, and strategic.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with case managers, social workers, and physicians on the North Shore.
- Build revenue through both cold calls and scheduled meetings with professionals on North Shore.
- Meet with potential clients/families to consult on service options.
- Conduct client assessments through review of chart and in person meetings.
- Complete Intake and Service Agreement documents on new clients.
- Communicate closely with the operations team regarding potential new clients.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings via Zoom
