Job Description
Provide prompt, courteous service to all Carquest customers and performs all assigned store duties under the direction of the Store Manager.
- Assist walk-in customers with sales and services and respond to questions about pricing and parts
- Process and review orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities and shipping data.
- Directly receive and process payment from walk-in customers.
- Assist the store manager in monitoring parts inventory to insure minimum stocking levels.
- Properly store parts in safe manner.
- Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives
- Knows and follows company policy and procedures for carrying out shoplifting and robbery preventive measures.
- Controls merchandise and other cash shortages and other selling expenses.
- Works any assigned shift or overtime as requested by Store Manager.
- Physically able to lift at least forty (40) pounds.
- Attends store meetings as directed by Store Manager.
- Accomplishes any other duties necessary for the operation and maintenance of the store in an efficient, profitable and safe manner, as directed by Store Manager.
