Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Truck Parts Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and comfortable speaking with customers by phone, email, and in person. Experience in truck parts, automotive parts, salvage yards, or commercial vehicles is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in locating and purchasing truck and van parts
- Answer inbound phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Prepare quotes and process sales orders
- Follow up with leads and customer requests
- Build relationships with repeat customers and commercial accounts
- Work with inventory and yard staff to verify part availability
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Help achieve monthly sales goals
Qualifications
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Automotive, truck parts, diesel, or salvage yard experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
