Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field (or equivalent certification/degree as required by the state)
Valid Special Education teaching credential/license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain/maintain required state licensure)
Minimum 1 year of experience working with students with special needs in a school setting
Experience supporting IEP goals and differentiated instruction
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a W2 basis (no visa sponsorship required)
Ability to collaborate with general education staff, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
Strong communication and classroom management skills
