What You’ll Be Doing
- Install, maintain, and service commercial Refrigeration/HVAC systems with a high level of skill and precision.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide expert solutions to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
- Work closely with apprentices, techs, and project managers to lead job sites and ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent Mayda Mechanical with professionalism and integrity.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay ahead of industry advancements and refine your skills.

What We Expect From You
- 5+ years of commercial Refrigeration/HVAC experience with a proven track record of excellence.
- Strong knowledge of Refrigeration/HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for commercial systems.
- Ability to lead projects and mentor apprentices to develop future HVAC leaders.
- Expertise in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- EPA Certification and additional industry certifications preferred.
- Washington 06A Electrical Card
