Are you a professional driver who loves working with senior citizens? We are seeking a compassionate, energetic CDL Passenger Bus Driver to join our team! As the Director of our premier senior care center, I am looking for a dedicated individual to help our residents stay active, engaged, and connected to the community by driving them on exciting outings a few times a week.

Key Responsibilities
- Safe Transportation: Safely operate our 18-passenger bus to transport senior citizens to and from scheduled outings, events, and trips a couple of times a week.
- Resident Engagement: Actively interact with the residents, fostering a warm, friendly, and supportive environment from the moment they step onto the bus.
- Passenger Assistance: Help senior citizens safely board and exit the 18-passenger bus, ensuring all passengers are secure and comfortable before departing.
- Destination Support: Assist residents once we arrive at our destination, collaborating with the Director and senior care staff to ensure a smooth and fun outing.
- Vehicle Care: Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the passenger bus to ensure safety compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- License: Must possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a Passenger (P) Endorsement.
- Experience: Proven experience safely operating a passenger bus or larger commercial vehicle.
- Heart for Seniors: A genuine love for working with senior citizens and a desire to positively interact with them daily.
- Reliability: Dependable schedule flexibility to accommodate a couple of daytime outings per week.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and clean driving record review (required for senior care transportation).
