Maintenance Supervisor – Multifamily Property
Are you a skilled maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems and leading a team? We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to help keep our community running smoothly and looking its best!
In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, support your team, and work closely with the Property Manager to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for our residents.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support the maintenance and groundskeeping staff
- Complete and manage service requests, work orders, and apartment make-readies
- Perform general maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
- Monitor property for safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes (Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA, etc.)
- Manage supplies and expenses within the maintenance budget
- Maintain pool and spa systems with daily logs
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in property maintenance (preferably multifamily)
- 2+ years of experience in Supervisor Role
- Solid understanding of general repairs and building systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, professional attitude with great customer service
- Experience leading a team is a big plus!
Required Certifications:
- EPA HVAC Type I & II Certification
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to be on-call as needed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
