Responsibilities
- Manage the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a smooth, timely transaction
- Prospect and follow up with leads to generate new business opportunities
- Meet with clients to determine their needs and preferences, then help them find their ideal home
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and referrals
- Stay organized and on top of all client communications and documentation
Qualifications
- Must have a valid CA Real Estate license, if not about to take the exam
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive
- A proven record of sales experience is preferred but not required
