Job Description
We have an immediate opening for a Foam packaging designer.
This person will meet with customers to discuss and determine their packaging requirements.
This person will design foam inserts that will protect customers product when they ship.
Must have auto cad drafting experience to record and document the design.
That experience will also be needed to create Sample packages for the customer to test.

Responsibilities
- Create conceptual plans in AutoCAD 3D
- Production planning, pricing and drawings
- Collaborate with customers to design, meet requirements, solve any issues, as well as create samples
- Program CNC and waterjet machines for part productions.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in 3D AutoCAD
- Candidate must be mechanically inclined.
- Solid mathematical skills
- Proficient in computer skills and quick to learn new software.
- Strong and effective communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Self-motivated and eager to take on additional responsibilities.
