As a Security Officer - Secure Site Rover in Tempe, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol professional at a financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns.

Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel.

Prepare clear, timely reports of incidents, patrol findings, and daily activities, and support requested security-related tasks based on the needs of the location.
Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor/manager experience or 3 years of security-related experience.

Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
