Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Maritime Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you will drive talent acquisition efforts across various industries by sourcing, engaging, and securing top talent. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborate with hiring managers and executive leaders, and utilize cutting-edge talent management platforms to meet staffing needs efficiently. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will help us attract the best candidates and strengthen our workforce.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies using talent acquisition tools to identify high-quality candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from candidate research and outreach to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
- Build strong relationships with candidates through effective communication and candidate relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Conduct market trends analysis to stay ahead of industry shifts and talent availability.
- Lead external recruiting initiatives including industry associations, campus recruitment and employment law compliance in talent acquisition practices.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure seamless candidate tracking and data accuracy.
Experience
- Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within fast-paced environments, preferably in clinical staff or technical recruitment sectors.
- Strong familiarity with sourcing tools, job boards, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams of recruiters while fostering collaboration across departments.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law as it relates to talent management practices.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of candidate engagement and negotiation success.
- Experience utilizing social media management for candidate sourcing and employer branding efforts.
- Experience managing external recruiting campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Maritime workforce development, talent attraction, and placement processes.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This position primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. The role requires prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer. Occasional lifting of office materials up to 10 pounds may be required.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
