Job Description
We’re looking for a Cleaning Technician (s) who is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work.
Most days you’ll work independently after completing training, so we’re looking for someone who can manage their time well and consistently deliver excellent results without constant supervision.
No professional cleaning experience is required—we provide paid training for the right person with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Dusting all surfaces
- Vacuuming carpets and rugs
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Sanitizing high-touch surfaces
- Emptying trash
- Making beds (when requested)
- Cleaning mirrors and glass
- Following detailed cleaning checklists
- Communicating with management throughout the day
- Providing outstanding customer service

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Proof of valid auto insurance before hire
- Smartphone with internet access
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Excellent attendance and communication
Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay: $17.00/hour
- Paid training
- Paid drive time between jobs
- Mileage reimbursement
- 100% of customer tips go directly to the cleaner(s)

Schedule
Part-Time
Monday-Friday
7:50 AM-5:00 PM
Hours vary based on client schedules but typically range from 20-30 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours as the company grows.
