Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our office.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks, customer service, scheduling, and maintaining an efficient and professional office environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, communicating with people, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Monday through Friday, either 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., or 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.

Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner.

Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.

Prepare, organize, and maintain paper and electronic files.

Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.

Assist with preparing reports, forms, and correspondence.

Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.

Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Support basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoice tracking or expense reporting (if applicable).

Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required.

Previous office or administrative experience preferred but not required.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
