Job Summary
High-producing luxury real estate brokerage seeks an energetic, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead agent support and growth across designated offices. In this pivotal role, you'll drive the development and execution of strategic growth plans, cultivate strong relationships with agents, and fuel revenue through effective recruiting, retention, and agent productivity. Duties
· Develop growth strategies tailored to each office's local market dynamics, focusing on agent recruiting, retention, and production.
· Lead, motivate, and support a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and collective production goals.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with agents through proactive communication and personalized, high-touch service.
· Deliver training, and coaching to agents to sharpen their skills and elevate their business.
· Support agents through negotiations, ensuring smooth transactions that protect both the client and the brokerage.
· Oversee territory by identifying recruiting opportunities, monitoring competitor brokerages, and adjusting strategy accordingly.
· Collaborate with marketing, paperwork, and administrative teams to give agents the support they need.
Qualifications
· Proven experience in real estate sales or brokerage management, with a strong track record of hitting or exceeding growth goals.
· Demonstrated expertise in agent recruiting, retention, coaching, and transaction management.
· Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication for working effectively with agents, clients, and leadership.
· Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain) preferred; familiarity with luxury markets and MLS standards is a plus.
· Proficiency in CRM systems, MLS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
· Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple offices, relationships, and priorities at once.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
