PROJECT MANAGER / OPERATIONS LEADER — Paint Now WNY | Buffalo, NY
Paint Now WNY is a fast-growing residential painting company in its second year of business — and we're already building a reputation as one of Buffalo's best. We do high-end repaints, we hold ourselves to a high standard on every job, and we treat our crew and our customers like family. We're not trying to be the biggest painting company in Buffalo. We're trying to be the best one — and we're looking for the right person to help us get there.
This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity. You won't be managing paperwork in an office. You'll be in the field, running jobs, leading crews, and making sure every Paint Now WNY project is done right and on time.
What you'll actually be doing:
- Managing multiple residential repaint projects simultaneously
- Coordinating crews, schedules, and materials
- Quality control walkthroughs on every job
- Communicating directly with customers — professionally and proactively
- Solving problems fast when things don't go to plan
- Holding the standard that Paint Now WNY is known for

What we're offering:
- $55,000 – $75,000 depending on experience
- Fuel card

Requirements:
- 2+ years leadership or management experience
- Construction or trades background preferred
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Based in or able to commute to Buffalo, NY
