Overview
We are seeking a professional and dependable Chauffeur to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and courteous driving services to clients, ensuring a comfortable and seamless travel experience. Duties
- Safely operate a variety of vehicles including limousines, shuttle buses, box trucks, and school buses, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Provide personalized transportation services to clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the journey.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform basic mechanical checks to maintain optimal vehicle condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of assigned vehicles; report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures while accommodating client preferences.
- Assist passengers with boarding, alighting, and luggage handling with professionalism and courtesy.
- Follow all safety protocols related to commercial driving, shuttle driving, and bus operations.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance logs.
- Deliver goods or packages as required using appropriate delivery vehicles such as box trucks.
- Support organizational events or special occasions by providing chauffeur services with attention to detail.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial driving roles such as limousine service, shuttle driving, bus driving, or delivery driver positions.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle operation, mechanical systems, and basic maintenance procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with diverse clients.
- Ability to navigate efficiently using GPS systems and plan optimal routes under varying conditions.
- Familiarity with different vehicle types including limousine, school bus, box truck, and <PERSON> driver classifications.
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting minor issues and performing routine vehicle checks.
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type; clean driving record preferred.
