Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Preschool Teachers and Infant teachers to join our team at a private christian early learning center The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in a daycare or classroom setting, focusing on early childhood education and child welfare. Must be able to be consistent and on time to work on a daily basis. Bonus after 6 months of hire!
Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and promote learning in math, language, and other subjects.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for toddlers in your care.
- Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Conduct assessments to track children's progress and communicate effectively with parents.
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to support children's social and emotional development.
Experience:
- Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting.
- Proficiency in classroom management techniques tailored to preschool-aged children.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Strong understanding of child development stages and behavior management strategies.
