Weighing, packaging labeling of meat cuts for customers. Must have the ability and willingness to learn the methods and requirements of cutting. The ability to use knives, saws and grinders, forming equipment to effectively perform job duties. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. The right person will also be trained in all aspects of slaughter, skinning, butchering and packing/processing. Our goal is to make you successful at your job. Housing may be available to the right candidate.
