Requirements:
- Respond to hot internet leads in UNDER 10 MINUTES—get there first, every time!
- Engage customers via text, chat, email, video, and phone—be everywhere, be unstoppable
- Build real relationships, understand customer needs, and make it EASY for them to buy
- Send virtual walkarounds, create personal video messages, and showcase why YOU are the person to buy from
- Set and confirm appointments for virtual or in-person test drives—no cold floor traffic
- Master the digital sales process and close deals from your phone or computer
- Follow up RELENTLESSLY with unsold leads—because persistence pays!
- Celebrate every win, chase the next one, and never stop learning
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Expectations:
- Lead Response Time: Under 10 minutes
- Appointment Set Rate: 50%+ of internet leads
- Appointment Show Rate: 60%+
- Sales Conversion: 10–15%+ of leads
- CRM Usage 100% of activities logged
