We are seeking highly motivated, energetic, and handy project manager sales professionals to join our team as In-Home Remodeling Project Manager.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage projects: Create timelines, coordinate subcontractors, order materials, track budgets, and keep clients updated
- Lead on-site: Run daily job site operations, ensure safety and quality standards, solve problems as they pop up
- Get hands-on when needed: Demo, basic carpentry, punch list items, installs, and other handy work to keep projects moving
- Communicate: Serve as the main point of contact between clients, crews, and management
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years project management experience in [construction/renovation/facilities]
- Working knowledge of tools and basic trades: carpentry, drywall, painting, etc.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, basic tool set preferred
- OSHA 10/30 a plus
