What You'll Do
As an Assistant Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to lead people, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive strong restaurant results.
You'll help:
- Lead daily restaurant operations and assigned shifts
- Coach, develop, and motivate crew members and hourly managers
- Create exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain high standards of Quality, Service, Cleanliness & Value (QSC&V)
- Manage labor, food costs, waste, and controllable expenses
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, safety, and security standards
- Build a positive, respectful, and engaging workplace
- Develop future leaders within the restaurant
- Complete operational and administrative responsibilities accurately and on time
Find Your Leadership Strength
Our Assistant Managers may take ownership of key areas of the restaurant based on their experience, strengths, and development goals.
People Leadership
Recruit, onboard, coach, recognize, and develop great employees while helping build the restaurant's future leadership team.
Guest Experience
Lead hospitality, Drive-Thru, front counter, and McCafé operations while coaching teams to deliver fast, friendly, accurate service.
Kitchen Operations
Lead food quality, production, food safety, training, inventory awareness, and waste control while maintaining operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience required.
- Restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer-service leadership experience is a plus
- Strong communication and people-development skills
- Ability to coach and motivate a diverse team
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills
- Positive, hands-on leadership style
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to creating a great experience for both employees and guests
Availability
Management schedules may include:
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts
- Opening and closing shifts
- Weekends
Our restaurants are not open 24 hours.
