Automotive Service Advisor – Auburn Auto Group

Compensation:
- $50,000 – $1002000+ annually (based on experience and production)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee service orders and manage the flow of the drive lane
- Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Take ownership of the customer experience and create a positive impression
- Provide concierge-level support for all customer inquiries (phone and in person)
- Maintain consistent sales of technicians’ time and services
- Efficiently distribute work between technicians
- Answer technical questions regarding vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle concerns and coordinate parts/tools as needed
- Oversee warranty administration and support team training
- Help schedule and assign tasks for service department staff
- Reinforce company policies and ensure compliance with regulations
- Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and team members
- Achieve and maintain high customer satisfaction scores
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong organizational skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Proven track record of high customer satisfaction
- Team-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes Saturdays
- Experience with CDK
