The Role:
As a Resource Teacher, you are a pivotal part of our educational mission. You will:
- Collaborate & Support: Partner with Lead Teachers to implement our signature play-based curriculum.
- Foster Discovery: Help create and maintain an environment that encourages sensory exploration, movement, and social-emotional growth.
- Bring Creativity to Life: Assist in preparing engaging classroom materials and activities that cater to the unique needs of every child.
- Ensure Safety & Joy: Maintain a warm, safe, and organized classroom where every child feels seen and celebrated.
What You Bring to the Team:
- A deep passion for early childhood education and a "student-first" mindset.
- A nurturing, patient, and energetic personality.
- Minimum 6 months experience in implementing age-appropriate, play-based curriculum.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Current TB clearance, valid fingerprint card, current Food Handler & CPR/First Aid certs a plus.
