Siding & Gutter Repair Technician / Laborer
Looking for hardworking, reliable individuals interested in learning a skilled trade in the exterior remodeling industry. No siding or gutter experience is required—we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
What You'll Do:
- Install and repair siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters
- Assist with exterior home improvement projects.
- Load and unload materials
- Operate hand and power tools
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Construction experience is a plus, but not required

Potential Pay: $22–$30+ per hour
Foreman
Foremen are responsible for managing crews, maintaining job site safety, ensuring production goals are met, communicating with homeowners, and delivering quality projects on schedule.
Potential Pay: $60,000–$90,000+ per year

Project Manager
Project Managers oversee multiple jobs, coordinate crews and materials, communicate with customers, manage schedules, and ensure projects are completed profitably and efficiently.
