This is a Mid to Senior level position. Candidate will perform requirements analysis of internal and external projects and support the development and maintenance of Operations Requirements Documents and other requirements documents/matrices. Requirements collection/analysis, development of derived and implied requirements, segmentation/mapping of requirements into functions/capabilities/services and coordination with customer and provider organization. Candidate will also provide daily support and maintenance of backup, recovery, and other storage technologies through the REMEDY system. Essential Knowledge: Large Scale Storage experience, Systems Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA), Acquisition Technical Skills/Knowledge: JAVA programming, PHP scripting, PEAR (PHP Extension and Application Repository), HTML experience, Database Skills, Windows/UNIX, MS Project. Experience: Bachelor's degree in a technical related discipline plus four (4) to seven (7) years of experience. Prior experience with some of the following: JAVA programming, PHP scripting, Large Scale Storage, storage related system solutions, technologies for mission assurance, local/remote/long distance backups, recovery, and disaster recovery.
