We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Wholesale Lead in Saint Augustine for an established, growing company.
This position will run the company's day-to-day wholesale and B2B fulfillment operations. This is a hands-on execution role: you will process wholesale orders accurately, ship them on time, and continuously look for ways to improve how the wholesale operation runs. The right person brings wholesale experience, a bias for action, and the initiative to strengthen the channel rather than just maintain the status quo. This role currently has no direct reports, with the potential to lead one to two associates as the channel grows.
The Wholesale Lead works closely with the Operations Manager to execute wholesale fulfillment with consistency and precision, while helping build the processes, systems, and documentation that support our wholesale growth. The role requires strong attention to detail, familiarity with wholesale order workflows, a problem-solving mindset, and the drive to make things better day to day.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm
Pay: $25/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Execute day-to-day wholesale fulfillment operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all B2B orders
Process incoming wholesale orders in Shopify and Cin7, verifying SKU selection, quantities, and order details before releasing to the floor
Perform quality control checks on wholesale orders prior to shipment, confirming packaging, labeling, and order accuracy
Coordinate with Inventory Control to verify stock availability and flag shortages or discrepancies that could impact wholesale order fulfillment
Manage wholesale inventory levels, monitoring stock against current and forecasted B2B order volume to prevent shortages
Request purchase orders for wholesale inventory replenishment and track them through to receipt
Receive inbound wholesale inventory, verifying counts and condition against purchase orders and flagging discrepancies
Put away received wholesale stock to correct locations and maintain organized, accurate storage
Reconcile wholesale inventory in Cin7, investigating and resolving count discrepancies to keep records accurate
Communicate order status, packing priorities, and fulfillment constraints to the Operations Manager in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records in the warehouse management system, ensuring wholesale orders are updated, closed, and reconciled correctly
Monitor daily output against order volume targets and flag capacity constraints to the Operations Manager
Identify inefficiencies in wholesale fulfillment workflows and suggest process improvements to the Operations Manager
Help develop and maintain wholesale fulfillment SOPs, ensuring standardized procedures are documented and followed
Apply continuous improvement principles to spot gaps in wholesale workflows, test solutions, and help drive measurable gains in accuracy, speed, and scalability
Contribute ideas and initiative that strengthen the wholesale channel and support its growth
Assist fulfillment operations and cross-departmental teams as needed, particularly during campaign surge periods
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
