Omega Metals is an established, growing regional company specializing in high-quality metal roofing (including standing seam), siding, soffit, fascia, and custom fabrication since 1999. We currently have active projects across Utah, Idaho, Colorado, and Nevada.
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Metal Roofing & Siding Foreman who knows how to lead crews, deliver quality work, and keep jobs running safely and on schedule. If you have strong hands-on experience with metal roofing and siding and are ready to take ownership in the field, we’d like to talk.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise metal roofing and siding installation crews to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines
- Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide installation
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, including proper use of safety harnesses, fall protection, scaffolding, and ladders
- Coordinate with project managers to keep jobs running smoothly and adjust work sequences as needed
- Train and mentor crew members on proper installation techniques and safety practices
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques to complete work accurately
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience installing metal roofing and/or siding (standing seam experience is a big plus)
- Previous experience leading or supervising crews (foreman or lead role preferred)
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Solid understanding of construction safety standards and fall protection
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel to job sites across Utah, Idaho, Colorado, and Nevada as needed
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus
