We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Digital Dental Lab Manager / CAD-CAM Design Supervisor to lead our digital workflow, elevate our design team, and serve as a technical bridge to our clinical partners.

What You’ll Do
- Hands-On Leadership & Operations: Lead, mentor, and direct the daily workflow of our digital design team, optimizing production schedules without compromising quality.
- Complex Case Design & Oversight: Oversee advanced digital case design, specializing in complex implant prosthetics, All-on-X, and full-arch restorations.
- Quality Control & Standards: Establish and enforce strict QC protocols for all digital output, digital manufacturing, and finishing.
- Process & Systems Development: Continuously refine digital workflows, software integration, and manufacturing systems to scale operational efficiency.
- Client & Clinical Liaison: Serve as a primary technical point of contact for doctor consultations, complex case planning, and prospective client presentations with professional English communication.
What We’re Looking For
- Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Exocad and/or 3Shape design software.
- Clinical Knowledge: Deep experience with implant workflows, complex prosthetics, and high-level All-on-X / full-arch restorations.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record in a supervisor, manager, or lead designer role within a modern dental laboratory environment.
- Digital Manufacturing: Hands-on knowledge of digital production equipment (3D printing, milling equipment, and CAM software).
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written English skills with the confidence to communicate professionally with clinicians and lab staff.
Location & Relocation
- Location: Southern California preferred.
- Relocation: Open to exceptional candidates nationwide who are willing to relocate to Southern California.
