1. Presents menu, explanations of menu items, specials of the day, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding drinks and food. Articulates and can clearly explain our beer, cuisine and concept.
2. Fills crowlers as needed.
3. Relays order to kitchen and serves courses from kitchen and service bars.
4. Pours beer and drinks to More Brewing Co. standards.
5. Observe guests throughout their dining experience to anticipate and exceed guest needs.
6. Clears and resets tables at conclusion of each course, when needed.
7. Completes opening and closing side work as assigned.
8. Keeps the integrity of the bar at ALL times.
9. Ascertains guest's satisfaction and attempts to resolve guests’ dissatisfaction of service/food/drinks.
10. Recognizes potential intoxicated, disruptive or undesirable guests and communicates it to manager.
11. Performs other tasks or projects as assigned by management and staff.
12. Can handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly with accuracy and discretion.
Pay: From $9.00 per hour
