Avion Funding is an established merchant cash advance company with a strong track record of providing flexible capital solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. We are selective about who joins our team — and for good reason. This role carries real responsibility, and we are looking for someone who understands that.
This is a high-volume, performance-driven position with earning potential that reflects the effort you bring to it. If you are someone who holds yourself to a high standard, takes ownership of your work, and performs best when the stakes are real — we want to hear from you.
We will be direct: this is not a nine-to-five. If you are looking for a role where the work stays at the office when you walk out the door, this is not the right fit. This position demands presence, follow-through, and a level of commitment that goes beyond standard business hours. For the right person, that is not a burden — it is simply how they operate.
