What You'll Do:
- Lead your shift like a boss (without needing the title just yet)
- Keep the energy up and the vibes good
- Jump in wherever needed—register, kitchen, or customer high-fives
- Make sure things run smoother than our ranch dip

Qualifications for the job:
· At least 1 year of restaurant management experience as a Shift Leader/ Shift Manager in a high-volume QSR or fast-casual environment
· Proven ability to lead shifts and coach team members
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Must be at least 18 years of age
· Must have reliable transportation
· High school diploma or equivalent required
