Summary
As a Server, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Reporting to the restaurant manager, your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Your expertise in POS systems, along with your cocktail experience, will enhance the dining experience. With a focus on time management and effective communication, you will contribute to a seamless service flow, ensuring guests leave satisfied and eager to return. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Take and process orders accurately using the POS system, including Aloha or Micros, as needed.
- Serve food and beverages, including cocktails, while adhering to food safety standards.
- Manage tables efficiently, ensuring timely service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash and process payments, maintaining accuracy in transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any customer inquiries.
