```Duties:```
- Provide armed security services to ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property in neighborhood community.
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect any suspicious activity
- Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized access or criminal activity
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Respond to emergencies, including medical incidents or fire alarms, and provide necessary assistance
- Complete detailed reports on incidents, accidents, or any unusual occurrences
```Qualifications:```
- Possess a valid Class G armed security officer license
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively
- Knowledge of CPR and first aid procedures for emergency response
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure
