What You'll Do
- Present finance and protection products to customers in a professional and compliant manner
- Secure financing through lenders and financial institutions
- Structure deals to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations
- Maintain strong relationships with lending partners
- Assist customers in understanding financing, leasing, warranties, service contracts, GAP, and other protection products
- Work closely with the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Meet and exceed dealership finance and product penetration goals
Qualifications
- Previous Automotive Finance Manager or F&I Manager experience required
- Proven track record of finance product sales and profitability
- Strong knowledge of lender programs and automotive financing
- Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Strong attention to detail and compliance standards
- Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, Dealertrack, RouteOne, or similar experience preferred

Compensation
$150,000 – $250,000+ annually based on experience and performance
