Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems
- Communicate clearly with customers and teammates
- Provide honest, solution-based recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and workspace
- Track materials, job time, and notes through our dispatch software
- Stay current on plumbing tools, technology, and code requirements
- Adapt to schedule changes and daily field demands
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience required
- Strong understanding of residential service plumbing systems, repair methods, and code-compliant installations
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and other tight-access areas
- Comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and dispatch software
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
