Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Janitorial Team Member to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout our facility. This position plays a vital role in ensuring all areas are well-maintained and presentable for both guests and staff. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently while supporting overall cleanliness and organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, dining areas, kitchens, and common spaces.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Clean windows, walls, and surfaces to maintain a polished appearance.
- Restock cleaning supplies and restroom essentials as needed.
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and health regulations.
- Report maintenance or repair issues to management promptly.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper use of all supplies.
- Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Support overall facility cleanliness during operating hours and after closing.
Qualifications
- Prior janitorial experience required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions.
- Ability to work as part of a team when needed.
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Ability to work in various environments, including wet or slippery conditions.
