Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and debris removal to maintain sparkling water quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of pool plumbing systems, pumps, filters, heaters, and other equipment to identify issues early.
- Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment using hand tools and power tools to ensure reliable operation.
- Balance pool chemistry by handling water treatment chemicals safely and accurately to meet health standards.
- Maintain detailed records of chemical levels, maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance and quality assurance.
- Operate company vehicles responsibly to transport equipment and supplies between job sites.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, explaining maintenance procedures, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Experience
- Prior experience working with aquatic facilities or in pool maintenance is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool plumbing systems and equipment troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with chemical agent handling and water treatment chemical management.
- Knowledge of pool chemistry balancing techniques to ensure safe swimming conditions.
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment.
- Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and effective communication skills.
- Outdoor work experience is advantageous due to the nature of the role’s environment.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
