As a Dining Room Server, you will be a key part of creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our residents.
Responsibilities include:
Providing friendly, attentive, and professional service to residents and guests
Greeting residents with a smile and creating a warm dining atmosphere
Serving meals accurately and efficiently
Answering questions about menu items and daily specials
Building positive relationships with residents and learning their preferences
Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting dining room
Assisting with table setup, clearing, and resetting
Supporting dishwashing and other dining services tasks as needed
Working closely with teammates to deliver exceptional hospitality
We're seeking someone who brings enthusiasm, reliability, and a genuine desire to serve others.
Positive, upbeat personality with excellent customer service skills
Friendly and professional communication style
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Ability to pass a background check
Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain)
Weekend availability
