At Encubatorr, we’re building the foundation of our revenue engine — and we’re looking for a Lead Development Representative (LDR) to help drive it from zero to scale.
Call it LDR, SDR, BDR, or Lead Gen — the mission is the same:
Identify, reach out to, and qualify high-value partners for Encubatorr
This is not a corporate sales role. This is where you learn how startups actually grow:
- How pipelines are built from scratch
- How partnerships are created

What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting & Outreach (80%)
Your main job: create pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research target partners (universities, incubators, communities, etc.)
- Run outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, relevant platforms)
- Communicate Encubatorr’s value clearly and concisely
- Start conversations and qualify interest
- Book discovery calls for leadership
- Follow up consistently to move leads forward
Success Metrics:
- Consistent outreach volume
- Qualified meetings booked
- Pipeline generated
- Planning & CRM Management (20%)
Responsibilities:
- Track all outreach and leads in CRM
- Maintain clean pipeline visibility
- Log conversations, responses, and outcomes
- Conduct light market research
- Share feedback on messaging and targeting
Success Metrics:
- Organized pipeline
- Accurate tracking
- Consistent execution
Who You Are
- Strong communicator — comfortable reaching out to new people
- Interested in startups, business, AI, or entrepreneurship
- Self-starter who doesn’t need micromanagement
- Consistent and disciplined
- Comfortable with rejection (this is core to the role)
- Ambitious and performance-driven
Bonus (not required):
- Experience with outreach, sales, or lead generation
- LinkedIn or cold email experience
- Interest in long-term startup or sales career
Compensation (Performance-Based)
This is a commission-based role with uncapped upside.
We operate on a revenue-sharing model:
- 10% → LDR (You)
- 20% → Closer
- 70% → Company
How It Works:
You get paid when:
- You source the lead
- You book the meeting
- The deal closes
- Revenue is received
Example (per deal):
- Deal = $1,000
- You earn = $100
Commission is:
- Based on real revenue (not projections)
- Paid monthly or bi-weekly
- Uncapped
