Audi and Ultra Luxury is now hiring for Lot Technicians.
The Lot Technician provides support to the Service Department by moving and cleaning vehicles, assists with maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the Sales and Service shop, and helps the department managers as requested.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Responsible for moving vehicles into the proper locations.
- Provide direct “hands-on” assistance and support to the Service manager and any designated employee to enhance the efficiency and flow of work to the Service Technician.
- Responsible for obtaining and delivering parts and tools to the Service Technicians in a timely manner to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the service operation.
- Responsible for making sure that all vehicles serviced are washed before a customer picks it up.
- Support and maintain a high degree of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness for all parts and repair assistance in support of the Service Technicians, Service Consultants, and Service Manager.
- Coordinate closely with the Parts/Service Liaison to include serving as a Parts Runner for the Service Department as required, to ensure a smooth flow of parts availability to Service Technicians.
- Assist in the pre-staging of repair work and assist in checking in all internal and external customer vehicles.
- Provide assistance and support in the maintenance of the Service Department, to include such duties as cleaning and assisting in the organization of the Department.
- Pick up and drop off customers with Service shuttle van.
- Assist customers when needed.
- Responsible for making sure that all vehicles serviced are washed before a customer picks it up.
- Always maintain a safe work environment; there will be no running in the shop.
- Other duties assigned.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
- Model superior customer service behavior for all Sales and Service staff by maintaining positive working relationships within the Department and throughout the organization.
- With team, present recommendations and assist in implementing quality initiatives.
- Become a brand ambassador by having extensive brand and product knowledge to help cross-sell, up-sell, grow customer relationships and foster loyalty.
- Create customer and employee interactions that foster positive outcomes.
- Provide support on any other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have high school diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent.
- One year experience as a Lot Technician or Driver is preferred but not required.
- Must have valid driver’s license and an acceptable abstract.
- Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
