Title: Project Accountant
Salary: $90,000–$105,000
Location: Chelmsford, MA (5 Days Onsite)

Must Haves:
-
5+ years of construction project accounting experience
-
Procore ERP experience is required

Strong understanding of job costing, WIP reporting, progress billings, retainage, and change orders

Advanced Excel skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Responsibilities:

Monitor project budgets, job costs, forecasts, and profitability throughout the project lifecycle

Prepare and manage progress billings, retainage, and change orders while maintaining accurate project financials

Support Work-in-Progress (WIP) reporting, revenue recognition, and month-end close activities

Partner with Project Managers to analyze project performance, budgets, and cost projections
-
Maintain project accounting records in Procore, reconcile project accounts, and ensure compliance with contract terms and financial controls
