Job Summary
Grow One is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to assist with the build-out of a cannabis facility in St. Cloud, MN. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position involving general labor, basic construction support, equipment use, material handling, and facility setup.
This is a great opportunity for someone with handy, trade, construction, or equipment experience who wants to be part of a growing cannabis business. There may be opportunity for a permanent position within the facility once the business opens.
All applicants must be over the age of 21 years old.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with cannabis facility build-out and setup
- Using basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Moving, organizing, and staging materials and equipment
- Assisting tradespeople and contractors as needed
- Performing general labor, cleanup, and site organization
- Helping with basic carpentry, assembly, installation, or repair tasks
- Supporting low-voltage, welding, fabrication, or other trade-related work depending on experience
- Operating equipment if qualified, such as a forklift, skid steer, or Bobcat
- Following all safety policies, site rules, and company procedures
- Showing up on time and ready to work for early morning starts
Qualifications
Qualified applicants should have:
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and jobsite safety
- Handy, construction, maintenance, or trade-related experience preferred
- Carpentry, welding, low-voltage, mechanical, electrical, fabrication, or similar experience a plus
- Forklift, skid steer, or Bobcat experience a plus
- Ability to work full-time, 40–50 hours per week
- Ability to start work at 6:00 AM
- Willingness to work occasional weekends or flexible hours if needed
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well with a team
- Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds, bend, stand, and perform physical work throughout the shift
Opportunity for Permanent Employment
This position is expected to support the facility build-out phase, with the potential opportunity to transition into a permanent role within the cannabis facility once operations begin.

Employment opportunity beyond the construction phase of this project is dependent on the employee's ability to pass a federal background check in compliance with Minnesota law for cannabis employment.
