We are looking for an energetic, compassionate, and detail-oriented Intake Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people during difficult times.

What You'll Do
As our Intake Specialist, you'll often be the first person potential clients speak with. Your ability to create trust and guide prospective clients through the intake process is critical to our firm's success.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer incoming phone calls from prospective clients
- Conduct detailed intake interviews and gather case information
- Evaluate potential personal injury cases using firm guidelines
- Build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
- Explain the intake process and answer client questions
- Coordinate attorney consultations when appropriate
- Obtain signed retainer agreements and onboarding documents
- Follow up with prospective clients who have not yet retained the firm
- Maintain accurate notes and documentation within our case management system
- Communicate with attorneys and staff regarding qualified cases
- Assist with other client intake and administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous legal intake, sales, customer service, or call center experience preferred
- Personal injury experience is a major plus
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Friendly, professional, and empathetic personality
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
