Saturn Press is an established, family-owned letterpress greeting card company looking for an experienced fulfillment manager to own the shipping and fulfillment function year-round out of our Northville (New Milford) facility.
This is a full-time, permanent role. In H2 (July–December) you’ll be directing a small pick-and-pack team through our busy holiday season. In H1 you’ll be hands-on with fulfillment and focused on process improvement — helping to improve the infrastructure that makes the peak season run smoothly.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee all outbound fulfillment for all retail and wholesale orders
- Supervise and schedule part-time fulfillment staff
- Manage order queues and shipping workflows in Shopify and our internal systems
- Own accuracy and throughput; build and maintain standard procedures
- Identify gaps and improve processes so we can continue to grow
What we’re looking for:
- 2–5 years managing a team to accuracy and throughput targets under time pressure
- Fulfillment or warehouse experience ideal — but retail operations backgrounds strongly considered (supermarket, pharmacy, or similar high-volume floor management)
- Process-oriented: you fix the system, not just the symptom
- Shopify or similar e-commerce platform experience a plus
- Calm, detail-oriented, and reliable
