We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to oversee the daily operations of a primary substance abuse treatment center providing medical detox and residential services. This on-site leadership role is ideal for a proven behavioral health executive with a strong background in inpatient treatment operations, team leadership, regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional patient care. Experience serving the Medicaid population is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership for a detox and residential treatment facility.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams while fostering a positive culture.
- Oversee census growth, financial performance, quality outcomes, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with clinical and business development leadership to drive patient care and organizational success.
- Maintain strong relationships with referral sources, community partners, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure a safe, compliant, and patient-centered environment.
Qualifications
- Required: Experience serving as an Executive Director, Administrator, or Site Leader at a behavioral health treatment center.
- Experience in substance abuse treatment is required.
- Detox and residential (inpatient) experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with Medicaid-funded programs is preferred.
- Demonstrated success managing facility operations, budgets, regulatory compliance, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
