Transportation Compliance Administrator (Contractor)
This contractor will handle all TNC, TCP, NEMT, Taxi/Limo, Airport, and Local Permit requirements across states for RidenRoll and its affiliates.
Core Responsibilities
•
Research state, county, and city licensing requirements (TNC, NEMT, Taxi, TCP, Limo, Airport, Business License, etc.).
•
Draft and prepare all filings, supporting documents, and compliance forms.
•
Submit license applications to regulatory agencies (CPUC, DOT, City Licensing Dept., Airports, etc.).
•
Track renewal dates, deadlines, insurance certificates, and regulatory updates.
•
Coordinate with RidenRoll affiliates to ensure they maintain active operating authority.
•
Maintain accurate compliance records and update RidenRoll's licensing tracker.
•
Respond to state/local requests for clarification, additional documentation, or audits.
•
Work with insurers (brokers) to submit correct COIs and endorsements.
•
Communicate progress weekly with CEO and operations team.
Skills Required
•
Experience with TNC/TCP/NEMT/Airport or Transportation licensing
•
Strong drafting and documentation skills
•
Familiarity with U.S. state and local regulatory systems
•
Ability to track multiple deadlines across many jurisdictions
•
Comfortable working with legal, insurance, and government agencies
•
Self-managed; contractor-style delivery
Experience Level
•
3–7 years in regulatory compliance, preferably transportation
•
Experience filing TNC permits, CPUC documents, or DOT authority is a plus
•
Paralegal or legal admin background is helpful but not required
