We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Massage Therapist to join our team. One who enjoys working along side a team and learning new technique and services to provide a unique and enjoyable experience for you and the client. As a Massage Therapist, you will provide exceptional patient service and utilize your knowledge and skill to help clients achieve relaxation and optimal wellness. Preferably available Wednesdays, Saturdays and Thursday-Friday evenings.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue, swedish, reiki, cranial sacral and myofascial ( not all are required to start)
- Assess clients' needs and create customized treatment plans
- Administer massage therapy treatments to address acute pain management and promote relaxation
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to inform treatment decisions
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive patient care
Experience:
- Graduate of a massage program
- Strong knowledge of pain management techniques and trigger point therapy
- Excellent patient service skills with the ability to create a comfortable and welcoming environment
- Proficiency in deep tissue massage techniques
- Familiarity with patient assessment methods and physical examinations
Requirements:
- Valid Massage Therapist license in the state of VT
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics

Pay: $15.00 - $55.00 per hour
