We’re looking for an AT&T Team Member to join our high-energy sales team. In this face-to-face sales role with AT&T Wireless, you’ll introduce wireless solutions, build customer relationships, and gain hands-on sales experience. Key Responsibilities of an AT&T Team Member
- Drive sales by presenting AT&T Wireless products and services to prospective qualified customers.
- Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.
- Explain service features, pricing options, and promotional offers in a clear and accurate manner.
- Manage customer interactions from initial contact through closing the sale.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer engagements and sales activities.
- Gather feedback from customers to support campaign improvements
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly goals.
What We’re Looking For in an AT&T Team Member
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior AT&T Team Member experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required- this is an entry-level sales position.
- Comfortable with face-to-face customer interactions and direct selling.
Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
